ThismeansWAR! is a thirty-something mashup-artist and producer from Oslo who feels silly writing his own bio. As a kid he got an early start in his dads studio fiddling with synthesizers and recording demos for local bands. When he got his sticky fingers on a Casio FZ-1 sampler at eleven, he was hooked. Despite his early meeting with electronic music, his first love and native scene growing up was hardcore and punk. But after being introduced to Dieselboy's seminal album "Sixth Session" in 2001 he discovered that Drum&Bass could bridge the gap and help combine the best of both worlds.
