Welcome to my channel! My name is Matt and I'm a Family Man, Artist, Hip-Hop Blogger, Fitness/Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer who has Appeared in the 2013 INSANITY infomercial. Next to my family the two passions in life are Fitness/Health and Music (I love ALL music but I have a special place in my heart for Hip-Hop). As a FREE Online Fitness Coach I help people all across the USA and Canada to achieve their health and fitness goals by helping them choose an exercise programs and or nutritional supplements that best fits their needs. As a personal trainer I get to take all that I have to offer offline and work face to face with the people in and around my community to achieve their health and fitness goals.
