He has a rare phenomenon known as Savant Syndrome. Santon began taking piano lessons when he was 3 ½ years old. His first piano teacher was Adele Trytko, who at the time worked at Perkins School for the Blind, Watertown, MA. In 2014, Santon graduated Berklee College of Music, summa cum laude.
