Primer’s heritage yeasts are a result of a years long interdisciplinary cooperation in the fields of archaeology, biology and the fermenting brewing industry. together, we have combined our actions in to the goal of isolating unique vital yeast cells from a variety of ,,Terra Cotta’’ vessels, which are excavated in different geographical dig sites sites, from different eras in ancient history, made by some of the greatest past cultures of our civilization.
