Hello All! Welcome to my YouTube channel! Over the years, many have asked questions about me and music, so: 1 - I have been playing for several decades. I've played in many bands in the past (including originals) but drumming is only a hobby. My real career is very hectic, although I probably spend an insane amount of time learning these Rush songs... I'm a professional astrophysicist, and a professor at the Univ. of Hawaii. 2 - My acoustic kit is a Tama Starclassic Performer with birch shells (indigo blue). All cymbals are Sabian Paragons, a limited edition "2112" set bought in 2006. My electronic kit is a Roland V-session and diverse other pads and percussive gadgets complete the kit.
