Shaolin Disciple

Shifu Chris has been doing martial arts since his early teens. He has earned several black belts and teacher certificates. He spent thirteen years living and training in China, several of those in the Mountains of Songshan Shaolin as a foreign disciple. He has written over forty articles for well-known Kung Fu websites and magazines. Shifu Chris is one of the few foreigners to ever have taught Kung Fu in the birthplace of Asian martial arts Songshan Shaolin.
