Dante Calcote has played at a high level throughout his career. He helped lead the Renton Indians Higshchool basketball team to a record of 25-2. Winning 25 straight before losing the last two games at state. The boys basketball team went from being unranked to the number #1 ranked basketball team in the State of Washington in 2006. Dante was also selected to the 3A All state all star game his senior season for football where he got a chance to team up with other big names such as Jake Lockner. Dante also received Seamount league awards for 1st Team Cornerback, 1st Team Wide receiver and MVP for the indians football team. Moving on from higschool Dante received a full scholarship to Eastern Washington University. In 2011, Dantes senior year as a starting cornerback he helped lead The Eagles to their first National Championship in a 100 years. He recorded 13 pass break ups, 1 interception, 60 tackles and received Second team All big Sky Honors as a Cornerback.
