Walsh Trucking
In 1959, Bill Walsh Sr. loaded up his pick up truck with samples of hardwood sawdust from a local sawmill and met with the purchasing agent at Swift Meat Packing Company in Portland, Ore. He was hired by Swift to haul the sawdust, bought his first tractor and trailer and a company was born.
Since those early years, the company has expanded through acquisition, innovation and a mindset of servicing the customer above and beyond their needs while always operating the business with the highest level of integrity.
