During more than ten years I've been studying the mechanisms of DNA repair in Eukaryotic cells and its role in Lung cancer susceptibility and response to chemotherapy treatment. I've created very simple 3D animations about the biochemical mechanisms involved in the repair of DNA, when damaged by UV light (sun exposure), carcinogens of the tobacco, lasers, etc. I created them to make easier the understanding of those highly complex and regulated processes in my talks at scientific meetings and congresses.
