Model Railroader, 3 rail style. It's big and easy to work with, and with all the new scale sized offerings from the different companies, why wouldn't you want to do O Scale? OK, well it ain't cheap, but it's got a ton of detail, huge volumes of smoke coming from the engines, lights, realistic sounds, and did I mention it's big?
I convert most of my 3 rail equipment to scale sized Kadee couplers, I do weathering, kit building, kit bashing, a little scratch building, and my Dad and I are building a 26' x 17' Hi-Rail layout in his living room and dining room. I have a an overhead shelf layout that runs through my bar and game room, 7 feet off the floor. I also have a 20' x 3' switching layout in 1 of the rooms of my house....
