Xeryus Gittens

Xeryus began playing the guitar at 8 years old. At 15, he began playing at his uncle’s church until he left for college. While attending college, Xeryus played at talent shows and uploaded YouTube guitar covers for fun. Xeryus later being mentored by Grammy awarding winning executive producer Troy Taylor, Xeryus landed his first major guitar solo on August Alsina’s debut album, song entitled “Porn Star” in 2012. Xeryus has won several music awards, including the 2019 GMA Dove Award for producing on Koryn Hawthorne’s album “Unstoppable” and a 2022 Grammy for best R&B album category for Jazmine Sullivans album “Heaux Tales.” Xeryus also earned Gold & Platinum Plaques from production credits with Chris Brown, Trey Songz,...
