These videos are about Bipolar 1 Disorder - terminology, diagnosis, symptoms, treatment, and my own story. In addition to general knowledge about the disorder, I will be using my own experiences to allow others an inside look at mood disorders. I also have been formally, professionally diagnosed with autism and adhd. The first ones are pretty agonizingly self-conscious, but after the examples of depression I think I get a little better at talking to a camera. I have had this channel for many, many years.
