Black Lotus got its start on the Vine app as simply an account to share animated music videos or AMVs, however, in time, it grew into a channel to share thriving underground artists. Black Lotus’ founder, Kyle Arnold, got his start on youtube as a primary contributor and artistic mind behind the AnimeVibe youtube channel, which he eventually left to work on the Black Lotus channel.
