(Robert Hutmacher Chicago, USA), SatorDuo is formed by Paolo Castellani, a violinist whose extensive repertoire ranges from baroque to contemporary music, and further to jazz, and by Francesco Di Giandomenico, a guitarist who prefers the contemporary repertoire, with special attention to Antilles sounds. Some years of carefull preparation and thorough research in historical musicology towards the rediscovery of the heritage of Spanish and South American traditional folk dances allowed them to select a repertoire extremely compelling immediate evidence of the public.
