I was raised as a Catholic and remained so until I was around 18yrs old. My journey started within Pathology, working in the field of microbiology, using computer analytical systems that define/match many organisms such as bacteria. It's very interesting to watch bacteria evolve from one strain to another; a good example of this is MRSA (methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa & E-Coli etc) With all my education in this field working with biologists (micro, biochem, histo, haem and other pathology units) I no longer believe in a higher being.
