This kind of behaviour is disgusting and cannot be tolerated. To report simply go here... (http://www.google.com/support/youtube/bin/request.py) then Report a general problem and click on Policy issues and then choose Repporting inappropriate videos. Why such people are free to roam around is beyond me.
