I am self taught (no shit) from pictures of piano chords. Excuse my ignorance in the music thing. I'm 63 and don't read music. I wrote my first song at 51. As far as wanting to learn to read music let me sum it up in a quote " There are known knowns. These are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say, there are things we know we don't know. But, there are also unknown unknowns. These are things we don't know we don't know - Donald Rumsfield " I'm somewhere in that. Not going to happen. Maybe mine isn't in there they may be an unknown knowns.
