Palm Breeze CAFE (Convenient and Flexible Education) was started in 2005 as a web technology show for the teachers of Palm Beach County, Florida. It ran on software by Macromedia called Breeze, thus the name. Adobe has since purchased Macromedia and renamed the product Acrobat Connect Professional, but the Breeze label has lived on through the server name and through Palm Breeze CAFE. In 2007 show expanded to the world of television and video tubes on the Internet. The weekly 30-minute show with Lee Keller and Kim Cavanaugh was shot on a news set with a laptop and a lot of wires.
