Welcome to my channel! I started this journey in 2008 to show people how they could enjoy good food on a budget. After sharing over a thousand recipes, my focus has shifted—I’m now committed to teaching how food can be a powerful tool for better health. In 2022, I completed my Functional Nutritionist certification with Andrea Nakayama at Functional Nutrition Training, and furthered my education with a nutrition course and microbiome course with Stanford.
