Accepted into the ‘Conservatoire de Paris’ at 12, he went on to become a session musician, but his life changed dramatically upon meeting Olivier Toussaint and Paul de Senneville. Paul de Senneville had written a ballade for his daughter Adeline and, with his partner Olivier Toussaint, were searching for a pianist to play it.
