Hi, I'm Dr. Ali Mattu 👋🏽 I believe being with people is the most powerful mental health tool we have. Social media was built to get in the way of that. I'm a clinical psychologist obsessed with why friendship is getting harder and what it actually takes to show up for the people we love. I spent a decade at New York's best hospitals treating anxiety disorders before leaving Columbia University to make mental health accessible to everyone.
