For over thirty years I've been inside the musical engine of live entertainment — where the music has to be right because real people are depending on it. I've served as Music Director for three separate Cirque du Soleil productions: ZAIA in Macau China, VAREKAI on world tour, and CRYSTAL which concluded a five-continent world tour in 2025. My pit orchestra methodology is featured in the Oxford University Press textbook Music Direction for the Stage.
