Father and son team racing out of Iowa since 1995. Dirt/Sand/Mud drag racing. Also raced Legends cars in the past. Started with a 1980 Chevrolet K20 before building a 90s Chevy S10 on a blazer frame, then buying a Toyota pickup, and today racing a Prostock 2015 Colorado on a stock frame. We started building the Colorado around February of 2021 in hopes of being ready for the first races of the season. Like everything in 2021, the pandemic brought things to a screeching halt, including availability of race parts. On July 30th at around 11:40pm we tightened up the last few bolts, rolling the truck into the trailer without even knowing if the truck was drive-able, in time for what would be our first race of the season the next day at Cordova. At the track we fired up the truck, backing it out of the trailer, driving it for the first time.
