I'm a 19 year old student from Ingleton, UK, currently studying Illustration at Bristol UWE uni. Basically I started off drawing a bit in Microsoft Paint and posted the results up on here! This followed on to posting up some of my more recent illustration work. In answer to some people's questions that get asked a lot... I didn't used to use Photoshop because, other than having no idea how to use its full potential, I prefered the challenge of using MS Paint due to it being such a limited program- Photoshop would be too easy as gradients and such can be generated automatically... taking away one of the biggest challenges to drawing on Paint. People seem to appreciate the Paint vids more. Some of you will be glad to know that I now have to use it on my course and will start to incorporate this into more of my videos! I don't use a graphics tablet. I don't even understand why people seem to assume drawing with a mouse is hard. I used a normal PC mouse on a desktop computer for all my old videos, and a laptop touchpad for all the new ones.
