Colour Sunday [Mid-Wales-UK] deliver a breath-taking, hair-raising, heart-stopping plenary of simple, melody driven heartfelt songs that will warm your soul and stick in your head! Their style brings snarling bass lines, fierce drumming patterns, raspy vocals and guitar hooks all over the shop, elegantly compiled into the crispest sound which leaves you relentlessly craving more. After making big waves with their debut EP way back in 2009, along with numerous festival slots around the UK supported by the team at BBC Introducing, earning them the plaudits of being named as one of ‘Wales’ Top Ten Bands’, the band took the difficult decision to put a hold on playing live. However, following a hugely successful sell-out reunion gig in 2018, the boys decided to start writing together again, with a new release scheduled for 2019… Colour Sunday are made up of Rob Picken (Guitar & Vocals), Tommy Carter (Vocals), Benny Picken (Bass) and Aled Lloyd (Drums).
