Dove Joans, aka Dolphingirl, is an actor, author, animal activist, explorer in The Explorers Club with the cognitive sciences of dolphin communications, filmmaker, and storyteller, as well as turning her creative work into artivism. Her research into what she's coined "The Dolphin Memory Movement," began after an epiphany in 1977 from Dr. Roger Payne's "Songs of the Humpback Whale."
