I study a form of Tai Chi called Rouliqiu which on the Internet seems to go by the name "Bailong Ball". Not sure why they changed the name to "Bailong Ball" but, hey, when in Rome do as the Roman's do. Just let it be known that the official and traditional name is Taiji Rouliqiu. I'm posting these videos to help promote this beautiful art and expand the knowledge of Tai Chi Qigong and for anyone who is simply interested in exploring Chinese culture. By simply watching and paying attention you can learn very much. Understanding the principles of Tai Chi Qigong will help enormously. Of course if you speak Mandarin all the better.
