My channel is dedicated to helping preserve the history of classic video games through the form of longplays. A longplay can be considered the opposite of a speed-run, and is designed to: - Showcase gameplay principles and mechanics in detail - Explore majority of levels and secrets where possible (level skips are generally avoided) - Show game ending/multiple endings where possible Videos are captured using a lossless codec, then upscaled (typically 8x) and transcoded to H.264 for upload to YouTube. Some videos retain 1:1 pixel mapping, while others are converted to 4:3 aspect ratio; I'll choose whichever format looks best for the game in question.
